Tips for playing football better

At your level, you only need to run about 5 to 7 kilometers for 30 minutes and you are good to go. If you are below that number, practice running every day to increase the speed and stamina. You might want to practice on the form of running as well so that you can run more using less energy.

As for speed, practice interval training, which is a quick burst of pace followed by a short walk then a burst of pace again.
